The new regulations apply to all international flights arriving in the United States (not applicable to land transit), and these fully vaccinated international passengers do not need to be quarantined after entering the United States.
This means that Chinese tourists (most of whom have been vaccinated in China) can enter the United States with a valid visa without isolation from November.
U.K
The British government recently announced a complete relaxation of entry and exit restrictions.
From October 4th, the current "signal light system" of red, amber and green countries will be abolished, the amber list and the green list will be merged, and the red list will also shrink significantly.
The entrants from the red list countries still need to be quarantined for 11 days. All areas not on the red list are suitable for travel by default, and the quarantine can be exempted if the entry test is negative.
54 countries including Brazil and Argentina are listed as red countries.
China, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are not on the red list. This means that China does not need to be isolated when entering the UK!
In addition, the UK also announced that from October 4th, passengers entering the UK from abroad will no longer need to undergo a new crown nucleic acid test before departure.

The national isolation period for fully vaccinated foreign travelers will be halved to 7 days, while the isolation period for unvaccinated travelers will be reduced from 14 days to 10 days.
From November 1, fully vaccinated foreign travelers will be able to enter Bangkok and nine other areas, including Krabi, Phang Nga, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Phetchaburi, Chonburi, Ranong, Chiang Mai, Buriram and Loei House and so on, without isolation.
This means that Chinese tourists can also travel to Thailand without isolation.
