According to a Reuters report on September 23, the American aircraft manufacturer Boeing slightly raised its estimate of China's demand for civil aircraft in the next 20 years on Thursday, betting that China will quickly get out of the epidemic and that China's low-cost airlines and e-commerce will grow in the future.
reported that earlier this month, Boeing raised its long-term forecast for global aircraft demand due to the strong recovery of commercial air travel in the domestic market in the United States and other countries.

Wei Li, general manager of Boeing Civil Aircraft Group Marketing China, said: "The substantial expansion of international long-distance routes and air cargo capacity will bring rich business opportunities."
He said: "In the long run, the growth of low-cost airlines may further increase the demand for single-aisle passenger aircraft."
The report pointed out that China's domestic aviation market has more or less recovered to the level before the epidemic.
The report said that with the booming e-commerce demand, the air cargo market has become a bright spot for Boeing in China, even though the US aircraft manufacturer is struggling with passenger aircraft sales due to trade tensions and the grounding of the 737 MAX.
According to reports, after two fatal crashes, the Civil Aviation Administration of China was the first regulatory agency to ground the 737 MAX aircraft and has not yet approved the resumption of operations in China. China accounts for a quarter of all Boeing aircraft orders.
Boeing said that in the next 20 years, China will also need commercial services worth nearly US$1.8 trillion in its fleet.
