Regular cleaning
FRP materials are easily affected by impurities such as dust and sand, so they need to be cleaned regularly with a soft sponge or soft brush with a neutral detergent to remove attached stains. Do not use detergents containing acid or alkali ingredients to avoid damaging the surface of the board.
Anti-corrosion treatment
Although FRP skylight panels have good corrosion resistance, they still need to be protected from strong corrosive substances such as acid rain and fertilizers. When cleaning, a neutral detergent should be used to avoid secondary damage to the panels.
Avoid collision
FRP panels have high hardness, but should be avoided from collision with sharp objects during installation and use to prevent the panel surface from denting or cracking, which would affect its waterproof and lighting performance.
Regular inspection
Regularly check whether the joints of the FRP sheets are firm, whether the sheets are discolored, and whether there are cracks in the connection between the sheets and the building.
