Industrial cooling towers use the contact of water and air to dissipate waste heat generated in industry or in refrigeration and air conditioning through evaporation. After being pumped by the fan, the dry air enters the cooling tower from the air inlet network; the high temperature water molecules with high saturated steam partial pressure flow to the low pressure air, and the hot and humid water is sprinkled into the tower by the self-seeding system. The square cooling tower adopts air intake on both sides, and the fans on the top make the air exchange medium with hot water through the fillers on both sides of the tower, and then the hot and humid air is discharged out of the tower. When the water droplets and air contact the circular cooling tower, on the one hand, due to the direct heat transfer between the air and the water, on the other hand, due to the pressure difference between the surface of the water vapor and the air, the evaporation phenomenon occurs under the action of the pressure, that is, through and Unsaturated dry air heat transfer takes away the sensible heat of the water, and part of the water evaporates to remove the submerged heat in the water, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling the cooling water.
2. When using a cooling tower, check whether the electrical equipment is normal, such as whether the motor shell is live, whether the junction box is sealed, whether there is abnormal noise in the operation of the fan, etc.
3. When starting the cooling tower, we should turn on a fan first, and then we turn on the water pump to supply water. When stopping the production equipment, the pump should be stopped first, and then by turning off the fan. In this way, students can effectively reduce the starting current overload when using the motor and protect the motor.
4. When the fan is repaired, a dedicated staff should be responsible for operating the power switch to prevent accidents. The fan motor is not used for a long time and should be properly protected.
5. If the rotating speed of the rotary water distributor is found to be slow and uneven, it should be repaired and adjusted in time. If the nozzle is equipped with water, check whether the nozzle is clogged frequently.
6. The equipment should be managed by a dedicated person, and equipped with a management system, operating procedures, regular maintenance, regular management and cleaning of algae and moss, so as not to affect the cooling effect. If you find such a situation, you should stop checking and troubleshooting immediately. Ensure that the cooling tower is in good working condition.
7. Replace or overhaul the reducer through one month, clean and replace the lubricating oil, and long-term inspection and lubricating oil technical level.
8. Check that the float valve assembly is installed and working normally. Check all the connecting screws, the nuts should be tightened, it is best to rely on, do not allow any looseness, the above inspection process is completed statically.
Cooling towers are widely used in industrial production, and waste heat is generated during mechanical operation, and cooling towers need to be cooled and dissipated.
