1、For the above reasons , the wave crest of the light plate is usually slightly larger than that of the steel plate . Make the light plate buckle on the steel plate more fit . 2、The forming process of the light plate is different from that of the steel plate , which is known to be cold-rolled , and its Angle is usually small . The light mining plate is thermoset molding , and the corner is usually too large ( if the corner is too small , the stress will be large , and the storage and use are not very good ) . This makes the light mining plate buckle on the steel plate is more suitable .
3、The horizontal arrangement of the continuous light mining plate should not be too wide , because in the field construction process , due to the lighting belt is too wide , the construction workers in crossing the light mining plate , the stampede behavior , on the one hand is likely to cause the cracking of the light mining plate , resulting in water leakage ; What is more , after stepping on the light mining plate , it will cause personnel to fall and from a safety accident , which will cause great regret !
