Usually divided into two categories according to product density, non-compressed and compressed. Non-compressed products are soft fiberboard with a density of less than 0.4 g/cm3; compressed products include medium-density fiberboard (or semi-rigid fiberboard, with a density of 0.4 to 0.8 g/cm³) and hard fiberboard (with a density greater than 0.8 g/Cubic centimeter). According to the slab forming process, it can be divided into wet fiberboard, dry fiberboard and oriented fiberboard. According to the different post-processing methods, it can be divided into ordinary fiberboard and oil-treated fiberboard. Medium Density Fiberboard Uniform structure, moderate density and strength, and good reworkability. The product has a wide range of thickness and has many uses, such as furniture materials and TV housing materials. Hard fiberboard The product thickness range is small, between 3-8mm. The strength is higher, and the hard fiberboard with a thickness of 3 to 4 mm can be used in place of the sawn timber sheet of 9 to 12 mm. Mostly used in construction, ships, vehicles, etc.
