2、Loading and unloading every 2-3 meters a person , hands hold both sides of the mining plates , to avoid breaking the mining plate , not drag , so as not to wear , scratch the board .
3、When hoisting the crane , at least the above 3 fixed points can be fixed to lift , so as to prevent the mining plate from breaking .
4、The lighting plate should be stored in a dry place , and it is strictly prohibited to store it outdoors without protective measures . It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to the sun and rain , especially after the rain .
5、Obvious marks should be set around the plate stack , so as not to damage the plate by external factors . Heavy pressure and trampling are strictly prohibited .
Lighting plate installation and construction precautions .
1、The light plate should be drilled before setting .
2、The longitudinal lap length of the light mining plate shall be greater than or equal to 250mm .Two butly waterproof tapes shall be affixed to the lap part and fixed with reinforcing straps .
3、When the lighting plate is fixed , in order to enhance the waterproof and dustproof and wind pressure resistance of the lighting plate ,EPDM waterproof washer or saddle pad should be added between the tapping nail and the lighting plate .
4、The joint between the vertical lock seam light plate and the roof color steel plate or light plate and light plate should be fixed with a strengthening strap to ensure the waterproof and dustproof effect of the joint .
