FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) is the abbreviation of glass fiber reinforced plastic, commonly known as FRP. It is mainly produced by the continuous molding process of polyester PET film, alkali free glass fiber, unsaturated polyester resin, accelerator, curing agent and other raw materials on the surface. According to different products, they have different uses and are used in different industries and fields.
FRP gel coated plate has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, easy bonding, good workability, weather resistance and anti-corrosion. It is used for special compartments such as RV, passenger car, truck, trailer, cold chain transport vehicle (refrigerated and insulated vehicle), container and shelter (Communication).
Characteristics of FRP: FRP has the advantages of anti-corrosion, aging resistance, impact resistance, high light transmittance, beautiful molding and light weight. It is a green building material.
Anti corrosion: the product does not rust, replacing steel and other materials that are easy to rust. It can be used in corrosive environment to ensure the service life of the whole building.
Aging resistance: it can be used in outdoor environment. It has good UV aging resistance and long service life.
Impact resistance: the product has high strength and good impact resistance, can block the impact of wind, snow and hail, and is not easy to be damaged, resulting in roof perforation and water leakage.

● the top plate adopts FRP large plate, and the interior is filled with 80mm EPS polyurethane insulation material, without joints, with skeleton in the middle;
● the wall panel is made of FRP large plate, filled with 55mm EPS polyurethane insulation material inside, without joints and with skeleton in the middle;
● the bottom plate is made of 14x12 channel steel, and the cross beam is welded with 80x40 square pipe. The thermal insulation material is 80mm polyurethane, which is paved with 3mm anti-skid steel plate (antirust treatment);
