Surface (gel coat)

Gel coats are also more corrosion resistant and cleanable.

Middle (fiberglass)

Glass fiber felt and fiber cloth have stronger binding force with resin, are more soluble in styrene, and at the same time endow the product with high strength, light weight and good toughness. Good impact properties are also on display.

Back (resin)

The surface of the base material of the FRP panel is flat, clean, free of pores, cracks and scratches, and has good adhesion.

Material: FRP, machine continuous molding

Conventional thickness: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.2mm, 2.5mm, etc.

Flat fiberglass panels are mainly used in RV, passenger car, rail transit, tank compartment, refrigerated compartment, express logistics, etc.

FRP Product Type

1. Standard type

Applications: Industrial plants and warehouses, large stores, stadiums, residential quarters, etc.

2. Weather-resistant type

Application: Coastal areas, heavily polluted industrial areas, places with high ultraviolet rays.

3. Secondary flame retardant type

Application: Industrial plants and warehouses where flame retardancy is required.

4. Class I flame retardant

Application: Steel mills, blast furnaces and other factories with flame retardants.

5. Corrosion-resistant type.

Electroplating plants, pickling workshops, foundries, aluminum plants and other acid-base gas corrosion plants.

The above range applies to the factory, it is recommended that the walls and roofs be installed with anti-corrosion panels, and the seams are sealed with butyl tape.
