About Production

1. About material:

Isophthalic acid is the best resin, with the most suitable chemical stability. The price of prophthalic acid is much lower, but the stability is not good, and it is easy to cause yellowing and aging of the finished board, so it is not suitable for use.

It is best not to use glass felt for glass fiber, because it contains glue, which will also cause yellowing and aging, which will affect the quality.

Surface film is very important. A good film can effectively prevent ultraviolet rays and has excellent self-cleaning performance

2. Vacuuming is very important, so that there are few bubbles in the finished board and the quality is good.

3. The glass fiber cut shreds are scattered (without glue) or the glass fiber felt, resin, and film enter the oven together.

4. Baking process: There will be several temperature zones during the process, and the heating temperature of each zone is different. The precise control of the temperature can cure fully, so that it is not easy to yellow and age.
