About Production

● Selection of raw materials:

The raw materials of the board are mainly glass fiber, resin, surface film and color paste. The selection of high-quality raw materials is the fundamental determinant of the quality of the lighting board.

● Finished product process:

The resin and color pastes of different colors added as needed are uniformly stirred and then vacuumed and transported to the production line. Vacuuming is very important, so that there are few bubbles in the finished board and the quality is good.

Glass fiber cut shreds (without glue) or glass fiber felt, resin, and film enter the oven together.

Baking process: mainly temperature control. A good production line should have an oven with computer-controlled temperature equipment that has enough length.

The lighting board is the finished board when it comes out of the oven. The cutting machine is the best. Water cutting will affect the filming.

Packing and Delivery

For LCL goods
