Product Description

FRP exterior cladding are made of new fiber products, such as fiberglass yarn, fiberglass mat, mesh cloth and various resins, which are produced through production processes such as extrusion, molding, and manual pasting. FRP coils are widely used in automobiles, refrigerated compartment panels and purification, medical treatment, food hygiene and other fields. The product can replace color steel plate, stainless steel plate and aluminum plate. The product has the characteristics of high strength, good hardness, smooth surface, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high cleanliness, and not easy to multiply bacteria.

Product Features Of FRP Exterior Cladding

1. Light weight: 30-40% lighter than traditional products.

2. Thermal insulation: The thermal conductivity of the FRP panel is 0.23w/m2.k, and the total heat transfer coefficient K can be lower than 0.3w/m2.k.

3. Surface: The surface of FRP has strong tensile strength, bending strength and impact toughness without deformation. It has high chemical stability to the atmosphere, rain, and general concentrations of acids, alkalis and salts, and has high surface finish, UV resistance, gloss retention, no discoloration, and easy cleaning.

4. Impermeability: The glass fiber reinforced plastic gel coating board has impermeability and water resistance.

5. Flame retardancy: The flame retardant index of FRP meets the standard B2.
