Features

FRP has the characteristics of light weight, high specific strength, corrosion resistance, good electrical insulation performance, slow heat transfer, good heat insulation, good instantaneous ultra-high temperature resistance, easy coloring, and can penetrate electromagnetic waves. Compared with commonly used metal materials, it also has the following characteristics:

1. Since FRP products can be designed and manufactured according to different use environments and special performance requirements, as long as suitable raw material varieties are selected, they can basically meet the performance requirements of various application occasions. Therefore, FRP material is a designable material variety.

2. FRP products are disposable in the manufacturing process, which is another notable feature different from metal materials. Just choose the appropriate laying method and the arrangement of raw materials according to the product design, and complete the FRP material and structure at one time.

3. FRP material is also an energy-saving material. Cold Storage Maintenance

1. When the cold storage is installed or used again after long-term use, the cooling rate should be reasonable: it is advisable to control it at 8-10°C every day, and keep it at 0°C for a period of time.

2. For the maintenance of the cold storage board, pay attention to the collision and scratching of the storage body by hard objects during use. Because it will cause the sink and corrosion of the storage board, which will seriously reduce the local insulation performance of the storage body.

3. Maintenance of cold storage seals. Since the prefabricated cold storage is spliced by several insulation boards, there are gaps between the boards. These gaps are sealed with sealant during construction to keep air and moisture out. Therefore, during use, some parts should be repaired in time if the seal fails.

4. Cold storage ground maintenance. The floor of small pre-refrigerated storage is generally made of insulation board. When using cold storage, prevent a large amount of ice water on the ground. If there is ice, do not hit it with hard objects when cleaning, which may damage the ground.
