Installation of FRP daylighting sheet

1. When fixing the FRP daylighting sheet, the pilot hole should be used. The size of the hole should be about 6-9mm of the screw diameter.

2, The FRP daylighting sheet is fixed by aluminum profile gusset, and it can be glued and sealed after being fixed. The position of the daylighting sheet is generally set in the middle of the span.

3. When the FRP daylighting sheet and the steel plate are overlapped, there must be an overlap of 200mm and two waterstops should be attached

4. When installing FRP daylighting panels, consider the expansion and contraction performance of daylighting panels.

5. The FRP lighting sheet is connected with the tapping screw, and there must be a cover plate between the two.

6. Fix the daylighting sheet between the screw and the FRP daylighting sheet. This can better waterproof and dustproof

7. After inserting the flashing washer into the screw, use an electric drill to lock it into the standard strip.

8. During the construction of FRP daylighting sheet, it is forbidden to step on the wave crest to avoid the daylighting sheet from cracking.

9. In the horizontal position of the FRP daylighting sheet, place a thick wooden board with a length of 1300mm and a width of 200mm, and step on it to carry out the guide holes and fixing screws of the daylighting sheet.
