1. The processing operation is simpler; the FRP panel can be made into any color without additional oil, which reduces the process.

2. There is a gel coat layer on the surface of the FRP panel, which has good weather resistance. There is a risk of peeling paint on painted aluminum panels.

3. The use of FRP can reduce the weight of the vehicle body (the density of aluminum is about 2.7g/cm3, and the density of FRP is about 1.35g/cm3).

4. In terms of body heat preservation, FRP has low thermal conductivity and better heat preservation function

Quality control

From the raw materials into the factory, a total of more than a dozen process quality control points have been established for resin glue preparation, pasting, curing, trimming, and inspection. Each process has a special quality inspection personnel to supervise and inspect, which effectively guarantees the quality.

We are a factory estalibshed in 2004, located in Tangshan, Hebei, China with 2 hours drive to Tianjin port.

We don't differentiate our clients with colored glasses. Any clients coming to us are all very welcomed.  Along the way we improve, some of our clients do have helped us tremendously such as BMW, COSCO, SANYO, BRIDGESTONE, GLP, etc..

3.How long can I get my goods since I place the order?

It depends on what products you need. If available, we can arrange the sending within a week since payment received. If not available, it will take 2-4 weeks around.

4.How can you ensure your quality?

Just to obtain a single order from a single client is not our goal, but long term cooperation with each of our client. We cannot imagine how can we cooperate with our clients for long if the product is not qualified.

5.Can you produce as per my requirements?
