For people in the RV industry, they should be very familiar with FRP (also known as fiber reinforced plastics, GRP). At present, most RV companies on the market mainly use FRP for the roof, body skin, and even the floor of the RV. Of course, some companies choose aluminum sheets. 

Advantages

1. The processing operation is simpler; the FRP panel can be made into any color without additional oil, which reduces the process.

2. There is a gel coat layer on the surface of the FRP panel, which has good weather resistance. There is a risk of peeling paint on painted aluminum panels.

3. The use of FRP can reduce the weight of the vehicle body (the density of aluminum is about 2.7g/cm3, and the density of FRP is about 1.35g/cm3).

4. In terms of body heat preservation, FRP has low thermal conductivity and better heat preservation function

5. More convenient maintenance. Once damaged, FRP body panels are simple to repair.

6. FRP panels are not corroded, pitting or corrosion will occur when using metal plates.

Quality control

From the raw materials into the factory, a total of more than a dozen process quality control points have been established for resin glue preparation, pasting, curing, trimming, and inspection. Each process has a special quality inspection personnel to supervise and inspect, which effectively guarantees the quality.

1.Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a factory estalibshed in 2004, located in Tangshan, Hebei, China with 2 hours drive to Tianjin port.

2.Do you have any famous clients?

We don't differentiate our clients with colored glasses. Any clients coming to us are all very welcomed.  Along the way we improve, some of our clients do have helped us tremendously such as BMW, COSCO, SANYO, BRIDGESTONE, GLP, etc..

3.How long can I get my goods since I place the order?

It depends on what products you need. If available, we can arrange the sending within a week since payment received. If not available, it will take 2-4 weeks around.

4.How can you ensure your quality?

Just to obtain a single order from a single client is not our goal, but long term cooperation with each of our client. We cannot imagine how can we cooperate with our clients for long if the product is not qualified.

5.Can you produce as per my requirements?

Yes, sure. We have special production technical team with several years experience, to perfectly implement your design.
