Product Structure
1.Surface (Gel-coat) or matte Gel-coat to improve the material's UV resistance and color durability, while increasing the gloss of the surface of the panel and making the surface not appear pores, cracking, scratches and other phenomena thus form a very beautiful and striking appearance.The Gel coat also provides greater resistance to corrosion and can be cleaned.
2.Middle (Fiberglass mat or Woven Roving fibergalss) we are using glass fiber mat and fiber cloth, and resin bonding stronger, more soluble in styrene, at the same time our product has high strength, light weight, good toughness. The characteristics of good impact resistance are also well displayed.
3.Back Side (Resin)
The substrate surface of the FRP panel is more flat, clean, no air hole, no crack, no scratch, adhesion is better.
