Product 

The main components of fiberglass panel: FRP, like all composite materials, is composed of two parts. One part is called the reinforcing material, which plays a skeleton role in the composite material; the other part is called the matrix material, which plays a bonding role in the composite material. The reinforcing material in FRP is glass fiber. Glass fiber is an inorganic fiber material drawn or blown from molten glass. Its main chemical components are silica, alumina, boron oxide, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide, etc. The fibers produced include long filaments, short filaments and flocs. The diameter is generally 3 to 80 microns, and the thicker ones are only as thick as a hair. Glass fiber with a diameter of 10 microns has a tensile strength of 3600 MPa, which is equivalent to being able to withstand a tensile force of 360 kilograms per square millimeter of cross-sectional area without interruption. This strength is 2 times higher than high-strength steel.

 

Thermal vans manufactured with GRP sandwich panels (fiberglass reinforced plastic). These panels are constructed with one-piece GRP sheets on both sides and a rigid polyurethane foam core. with a density of 38 to 40 kg. Thicknesses of 50, 75, 85 and 100mm according to your needs

Apart from these industries, GRP is also used in the manufacturing of recreational equipment like playground equipment, outdoor benches, and tables, and sporting equipment.

Thermal insulation performance: The thermal conductivity of fiberglass panels is 0.23W/m2.K, and the total heat transfer coefficient K value can be lower than 0.3W/m2.K. 3. Surface properties: The surface of FRP has strong tensile strength, bending strength and impact toughness, and does not deform. It has good chemical stability to the atmosphere, rainwater and general concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts and other media. It has high surface finish, UV resistance, gloss-preserving properties, does not discolor, and is easy to clean. 4. Impermeability: Fiberglass gel coat slabs are impermeable and have good water resistance. 5. Flame retardant performance: The flame retardant index of FRP sheets meets standard B2.
