Product Structure
A refrigerated vehicle is designed for transporting chilled, frozen, deep-frozen, as well as food products that require air conditioning. The walls of the van body are 100 mm thick and made of multilayer sandwich panels on a wooden frame. The use of this van manufacturing technology allows you to effectively maintain the required temperature and, together with the refrigeration unit, prevent its changes throughout the entire volume of the van body
On the inside, the walls are protected from damage by galvanized metal sheets. The floor is equipped with rigging loops to securely secure the load during transportation. For quick loading and unloading of the van body, the doors are located on the rear and right sides. The doors are equipped with open position locks, which allows for unhindered loading and unloading operations.
To achieve a lower thermal conductivity coefficient, high-temperature gluing technology is used in the manufacture of isothermal vans from sandwich panels. It includes: plastic - plywood - insulation (expanded polystyrene / polyurethane foam) - plastic.
The sandwich panels from which the van body is assembled are able to withstand any temperature conditions and strong dynamic loads. They are a structure that is glued together from various materials. The panels are fastened together using mortgage locks, and an aluminum profile is laid along the contour of the body. Inside the sandwich panels there are galvanized reinforcements that give the structure additional rigidity. Both the internal and external cladding of the panels of the sandwich van are made of fiberglass-based plastic.

The assembly process
1. Preparation: Cut the fiberglass extruded panel according to the size of the carriage, place it in the position where it needs to be installed, and then temporarily fix it with wire or other items.
2. Move the fiberglass extruded panel to the installation position of the carriage.
3. Process fiberglass extruded panels as needed, and perform necessary operations such as drilling, tapping, and cutting at necessary locations.
4. Use special tools to firmly fix the fiberglass extruded panel on the carriage. When installing fiberglass extruded panels, it is necessary to ensure that their surface is flat and tightly adheres to the surface of the carriage.
