Plain Fiber Reinforced Plastic Sheet

The density of FRP sheet is only 1/4~1/3 of that of steel, but its tensile strength and bending strength can reach or even exceed ordinary steel, while featuring excellent impact resistance. The lightweight property not only reduces transportation and installation costs but also suits weight-sensitive fields

The composite structure of the resin matrix and fibers endows the product with strong resistance to acid, alkali, salt spray, and chemical media. Without surface anti-corrosion treatment, it can stably operate in humid, high-salt, and highly corrosive environments (such as chemical workshops, coastal buildings, and sewage treatment facilities) for 20~30 years, far exceeding traditional metal materials.

By adding UV absorbers and anti-aging additives, FRP sheets can withstand extreme temperature differences from -40℃ to 120℃ and exhibit excellent UV aging resistance. They are not prone to fading, cracking, or embrittlement after long-term outdoor use, making them particularly suitable for outdoor buildings, photovoltaic panel support structures, and other scenarios.

Its non-conductive property makes it the preferred material for electrical equipment and insulation partitions. Meanwhile, the flame retardancy grade (such as UL94 V-0) can be customized to meet the fire safety standards of construction, rail transit, and other fields.

It can be manufactured into flat sheets, corrugated sheets, and special-shaped parts through processes such as compression molding, pultrusion, and hand lay-up. Customization of color, thickness (0.5mm~50mm), and surface texture (matte, glossy, anti-slip) is supported to adapt to diverse design and installation needs.

The comprehensive cost (material + installation + maintenance) is only 60%~80% of that of metal materials, and the maintenance-free feature significantly reduces long-term use costs, especially suitable for large-scale engineering projects.
