Glass Fiber: Alkali-free or medium-alkali glass fibers (3-80 microns in diameter) with tensile strength up to 3600MPa, twice that of high-strength steel.
Synthetic Resin: Unsaturated polyester resin or epoxy resin, providing adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Additives: Curing agents, flame retardants, UV stabilizers, etc., to optimize product performance.
Physical Properties
Lightweight and High Strength
Density is only 1/4-1/5 of steel, reducing weight by 30-40%, with tensile strength up to 120MPa and flexural strength 180MPa.
Corrosion Resistance
Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents, withstanding 75-day immersion in 25% NaOH solution without embrittlement.
