Our sandwich panels consist of these layers:

1.Two Outer Layers (FRP)

The two outer layers are made of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), which is a composite material mainly consisting of resin(60%) and glass fibers(＞30%);

2.Core Layer (EPS,XPS,PU,PP,Honeycomb,Plywood,PET...)

There are multiple kinds of core materials for the core layer,such as EPS,XPS,PU,PP,Honeycomb,Plywood,PET...The users need to select different core materials according to specific application scenarios.

3. Adhesive Layer

A strong adhesive is used to bond the FRP outer layers and the core layer together as a whole panel.

FRP+EPS sandwich panels are recommended for incubator.It has the propertities of thermal insulation,moistureproof but cost-efficient than XPS and PU.
