PU Panel For Cold Room
Runfeng PU FRP composite panel is made of high quality food grade aging resistant resin and high density PU foam, which is laminated with professional equipment to provide customers with good thermal insulation and durability, and save every penny for customers.
The product is mainly divided into 3 layers:
Layer: FRP board, which is made of alkali-free glass fiber felt, reinforced polyester resin, gel and additives. Because of its bright and clean appearance, light weight, high strength, high light transmittance, aging resistance, flame retardant, impermeable, easy to install, and a service life of 15-20 years, FRP panels are used in the wall panels of refrigerated vehicles.
The second layer: PU board, mainly made of polyurethane, and polyurethane was originally a better material with low thermal conductivity to effectively prevent heat conduction. The thermal conductivity of PU board is 0.028/mk, which has high thermal resistance and low linear expansion. . The thermal conductivity is much lower than other insulation materials. Such as EPS board, foamed polyurethane, thermal insulation mortar, perlite, etc. There is also XPS insulation material sandwich in the middle.
Layer 3: FRP board.
Thermal insulation performance: the thermal conductivity of the glass fiber reinforced plastic panel is about 0.23W/M.K, the thermal conductivity of rigid polyurethane foam is 0.018-0.028W/M.K, and the total heat transfer coefficient K value can be lower than 0.3W/M.K.
Surface properties: The surface of FRP has strong tensile strength, bending strength and impact toughness without deformation. It is corrosive and chemically stable to the atmosphere, rain and general concentrations of acid, alkali, salt and other media. The surface is smooth, anti-ultraviolet, good gloss retention, no discoloration, easy to clean, especially suitable for all kinds of carriage advertisements.
Impermeability: Both the double-sided FRP panels are impermeable and have better water resistance, ensuring that there is no water leakage in the vehicle body.
