Product Description
It is a composite fiberglass material consisting of a skin and a core, and the skin is a glass steel plate. It contains resins and fibers. Resin is used as a matrix, accounting for 30% to 40% of the total weight. The resin can be PA, PE, PP, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc., all of which are organic non-metallic materials. GRP sheets are reinforced with glass fibers. Alternatives could be carbon fibers and other non-metallic and inorganic fibers. Fiber accounts for about 60% to 70% of the total weight. Its core is plastic foam or plastic honeycomb. You can choose PU, PET, PVC, XPS, EPS, etc. for foam core and PP for honeycomb. Foam cores generally have good thermal and insulating properties, while honeycombs have high strength and impact resistance.
