Product Details
Box truck panels have a structure of FRP skin + core material (XPS/PU Foam/PP Honeycomb/plywood/EPS) + FRP skin.
The material used for sandwich composite panels consists of a thin, light, low-density core material. They are bonded together in wet layup processes, wet layup and vacuum bagging, prepreg and oven curing, or in post process bonding applications using film adhesives, vacuum bagging and oven curing.
The cured composite skin is bonded to the core.
